A simple site for most shops. Stores, booking, member areas, and custom tools get their own quote. You’ll get a written price after we read what you need. No surprise invoices.

Brochure sites
Clear, fast sites for local and small businesses. Usually 5–8 pages: Home, About, Services, Contact. The range depends on pages, copy, and how custom the design is.
Includes a mobile layout, a contact form, basic SEO, and notes and fixes. Hosting and ongoing care are billed separately. Stores and apps are custom — quoted separately, not in this brochure price.

Custom / complex
Stores, booking, member areas, and custom builds. We quote after we hear what you need. We reach out by email. We reply evenings and weekends.
How payment works
- 50% before we start (we start once those funds are in). 50% when the site is live.
- We start after the first invoice is paid and those funds have actually landed. A payment that is still processing does not count.
- No refunds unless no work has been started. Cancel before we start any work and the deposit comes back. Once any work has started: nothing already paid is refunded — not the deposit and not any later payment. Kyros keeps what was paid, you keep the draft, and you do not owe the unpaid remaining balance.
- Notes and fixes we already agreed on are in the price. Extra work beyond that (new pages, extra features, a redesign) can be billed extra — we’ll give you a number first.
- Hosting and ongoing care are billed separately.
Timeline
After you say yes, the first invoice is paid, and those funds have actually landed, most brochure sites take about 1–2 weeks to a first live draft. If the timing looks like it will move, we’ll say so instead of going quiet.
Notes and fixes
You send notes. We fix them. Notes and fixes we already agreed on are in the price. Extra work beyond that (new pages, extra features, a redesign) can be billed extra — we’ll give you a number first.
Not in a brochure price
- A new logo from scratch (bring yours, or we keep type simple)
- Photography day-rate (use what you have; we can talk extra)
- Stores, booking, member areas, apps. Those are custom, quoted from $4,000
- A complete redesign (starting over). That’s extra — we’ll give you a number first.
- Hosting and ongoing care. Billed separately.
