Kyros mostly builds brochure websites. Stores, booking, member areas, and custom tools get their own quote. You’ll get a written price after we read what you need. No surprise invoices.

Brochure sites

Clear, fast sites for local and small businesses. Usually 5–8 pages: Home, About, Services, Contact. The range depends on pages, copy, and how custom the design is.

Includes a mobile layout, a contact form, basic SEO, and notes and fixes. Hosting and ongoing care are billed separately. Stores and apps are never in this price.

Custom / complex

Stores, booking, member areas, and custom builds. We quote after we hear what you need. We reach out by email. We reply evenings and weekends.

How payment works

  • 50% before we start (we start once those funds are in). 50% when the site is live.
  • We start after the first invoice is paid and those funds have actually landed. A payment that is still processing does not count.
  • The deposit is refundable only if you cancel before work starts.
  • Once work has started: we keep the 50%. You do not owe the rest. You get the draft as-is.
  • Normal notes and fixes are in the price. Extra is a complete redesign (starting over), which is a new quote.
  • Hosting and ongoing care are billed separately.

Timeline

After you say yes, the first invoice is paid, and those funds have actually landed, most brochure sites take about 1–2 weeks to a first live draft. Busy weeks slip. We’ll tell you if that’s happening instead of going quiet.

Notes and fixes

You send notes. We fix them. Normal notes and fixes are in the price. Extra is a complete redesign (starting over), which is a new quote.

  • Hosting and ongoing care. Billed separately.
